Terms & Conditions

Any order placed with Sarah's Card Box is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and Conditions.


It is not permitted to copy or use any part of www.sarahscardbox.co.uk. Legal action will be taken in these such cases.

Action will be taken to anyone that is found to be in breach of third party copyright including Sarah's Card Box designs/wedding stationery.


All Sarah's Card Box products are handmade therefore wedding stationery and jewellery may have a slight variation in materials and may differ from card to card - this is not due to being faulty. Please note that all stationery will have a handmade sticker on all invites, we reserve the right to brand our products and designs. 


Any orders confirmed with Sarah's Card Box will not affect any increases that may occur.


Once a sample has been produced for client to proof read and confirm/approve,  wedding stationery will not be produced unless Sarah's Card Box has received an e-mail from the client to approve stationery.

We will not be responsible for any mistakes made after the printing stage.


Once order has been confirmed with Sarah's Card Box, we will then work out your deposit, and this is non-refundable.

The balance of the payment is required before the shipment is sent to the client. 

Please also note Sarah's Card Box do offer a payment plan to helps clients, please speak to us for more details.

We can receive payment by cheque ( made payable to Sarah's Card Box ) or online by bank transfer.


All wedding stationery orders will either be hand delivered by us or via royal mail/courier where a signature will be required.


You may cancel your order, within one month of your booking date - if you wish to cancel and some of your stationery has been produced, you may still be charged.

Please also note that Sarah's Card box is fully insured to attend wedding & Craft fayres and carries a full public liabilty policy.
